Each 16 x 16-inch filter combines an activated-carbon honeycomb layer with fine pleated particulate media to support effective overspray extraction and continued room-air filtration between sessions.

The activated-carbon layer helps reduce odors while serving as the first line of filtration for moist spray tan overspray. The finer pleated layer helps capture airborne solution droplets and particles. Air passes through both layers regardless of filter orientation. For spray tan extraction, install the black activated-carbon side facing the treatment area to help protect the finer pleated layer from premature loading.

A built-in pull tab makes each filter easier to remove from the X-Fan’s slide-in filter frame. The two-pack gives busy professionals a replacement on hand, helping reduce downtime when a loaded filter needs to be changed.
